I teach universal spirituality to individuals and groups, drawing on over 35 years of study and practice. Much of my training in monasteries was based in the psychic traditions of western spirituality, while simultaneously absorbing Buddhist psychology, yoga and pure awareness meditation. I
am also available to speak on universal spirituality. Please contact
me. Spirituality is essentially a universal approach to spiritual life. Spiritual life does not necessarily mean a religious life-though if you are in a world religion or faith, my universal guidance in spiritual knowledge will help you deepen your knowledge and practice. Spirituality takes as its premise that you arein your true identitya resplendent spiritual being with great expressions of mind-of-light powers occupying a physical body/mind with certain purposeful limitations. Being in physicality offers the necessary catalysts for refining your own higher cerebral and central nerve system as an evolution in to integrating your spiritual body/mind as closely as possible to the physical dimension. Universal spirituality explores the nature of your mind, both in its subconscious expressions (as in spiritual psychology) and its higher, intuitive functions. The doorway to these is intellectual "knowing" and spiritual practices such as affirmations and intuitive awakening disciplines. The human body is explored as a profoundly complex "temple"a metaphor for how every facet of the body connects to powers, regions and dimensions of the inner universes. This is typically exemplified by the metaphysical statement: "As above, so below." Spiritual life knowledge and practice, from a universal perspective, helps you understand the processes of the world religions and spiritual schools as they exist now, and through history. And how those processes apply personally to you. This includes worship, prayer, spiritual living, charity, volunteerism, the science of mind, contemplation. In universal spirituality, the power of the "mind" is cultivated, based on the knowledge that each individual's subconscious (hidden levels of negative reaction and positive programming) and conscious (sense experience of the world and intellect) mind are powerful inhibitors or amplifiers to living in the spiritual mind.
