Yoga postures are an art of body/mind expression that speak to overall health, body comfort, deep muscle and nerve system relaxation, clarity of mind, unwinding negative subconscious conditions, meditative motion, and as a preparation for sitting meditation.

I teach a 24-posture system of yoga that was created in the 1950's by a yoga and meditation master to stimulate and balance the body's nerve system and glands while working with all the major and minor muscle groups. The poses range from beginning to moderate difficulty, with none that are advanced. The sequence involves sets of three postures in groups of eight—designed to flow the body/mind energies into a crescendo of relaxation, inner awareness and refinement of your psychic nerve pathways. The practice includes specific breath control patterns to heighten awareness.

This system is excellent for beginners, mid-level practioners and advanced yoga practioners who want additional personal and psychic guidance in their practice.
